Linear grade scale (standard)

With a linear scale, points are distributed evenly across the grade range — from the best mark to the worst. Set the maximum points and choose tenth, quarter, third, half, or whole grades. Optionally define hard floors/ceilings for the best and worst grade thresholds.

Knick grade scale with passing threshold

A knick scale is useful when you want a specific passing line. From the bend point (e.g. 50% of points), a fixed passing grade applies — above and below, the scale uses two linear segments for fair conversion.
